For new registration, please visit GIC in person, on 3/F, Li Ka Shing Specialist Outpatient Clinics (North Wing), Prince of Wales Hospital, with the following:

  • Hong Kong identity card

  • A referral letter issued within 3 months

GIC's service hours are from Monday to Friday:

  • 9AM to 1PM

  • 2PM to 5PM

 

Please ensure to arrive at least 60 minutes prior to closing time for registration. ​​

It is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.​

*Even if one has been followed up in private or overseas, one must first see a psychiatrist of GIC, before being referred to an endocrinologist.

1. MTR station

If one is taking MTR:

  • Exit at City One MTR Station exit B, walk forward (NOT taking the footbridge)

 

Other transportations

New registration at GIC will take around 1 hour

  1. Provide your HKID and referral letter at the reception

  2. Fill in your personal particulars on a form
    (Please inform the staff if you do not wish for any mails, and/or if you do not wish them to call your contact person)

  3. A nurse will ask you basic questions related to your gender identity and mental health

  4. Receiving an appointment slip of the first time seeing a psychiatrist of GIC​
